The Industrial Field still has an area of 85000 m2 ,
of which the construction area of 13582m2 is for factory buildings . Five
large single and double span factory buildings as well as one office block
and one block for living are established. A set of high ─ voltage distribution
facility of 35/10KV and electric power system have also been built, in
addition to water supply system (30m3 /hour),steam supply (4 tons/hour)and
heating system.. The remaining land of 41300 m2 is available for development.
B、万达工业园简介
万达工业园位于杭州萧山区，西临钱塘江，距杭州火车站3公里及新建的杭州国际机场10公里，南靠杭州市环城大道，交通便捷。程控电话网和移动通讯网完备，通讯十分便利。园区现有85000平方米：其中厂房建筑面积13582平方米。有单跨、双跨标准型厂房共5幢以及办公楼、生活大楼各1幢；已建成35/10KVA高压配电设施及供电系统壹套，每小时30立方米供水系统及每小时可供蒸汽4吨和供热系统。目前尚有41300平方米的土地可供发展。
